Goodson Hosts R&L Transportation Sprint Cup Racing Car of Matt Kenseth
"We are very proud to have been selected to host R&L Transportation Sprint Cup racing car of Matt Kenseth," states Dave Monyhan, Goodson National Sales Manager. R&L Transportation is a carrrier of freight nationwide and of course Goodson is one of their customers. "They showed up, unloaded the car, and set up tables and then they fed our whole crew. It was really a treat as some of our employees had never seen a real NASCAR racing machine up close..........as always they did not let ME drive the car as I must have some reputation that prevents that."
Next month we will be hosting our 'Race Team Appreciation Day on Wednesday August 12th. At this event we showcase various racing machines from NHRA Drag Racing Circuit. This year we will be honored to host the Top Fuel Funny Car of Kalitta Motorsports. Other teams are also slated for this one day event. The Kalitta team may even fire that top fuel engine this year......We will keep you posted on the noise fact

AERA Tech Conference at Joe Mondello's Technical Center Goodson was very proud to have been an exhibitor at the recent AERA Tech Conference that was hosted by Joe Mondello in Crossville, TN.
Being a part of this event is a way Goodson stays in touch with its many customers nationwide. The various seminars focused on performance engine enhancements. Those attending were treated to a very personal one on one performance message by Mr. Oldsmobile himself. Joe informed the crowd of the many aspects associated with performance most importantly the flow of air through to the combustion chamber.
Randy Neil of CST Industries was on hand to speak about the various money making opportunities in balancing. “It’s not just for engines” Randy stated “balancing is for anything that rotates for automotive as well as industrial.
Steve Fox the AERA technician delivered the new, yet to be released aspects of the Prosis technical specification software offered to all members of AERA.
The food was delicious and the conversations were all about high performance. Joe even fired up hi 1903 single cylinder all wood constructed buggy for the much impressed crowd.
